Praises to God!

God is wonderful and Loving God because he loves and cares for his every  children in wonderful way. Since the day we started our bible study team in the last of April 2011, we were wondering how God would make the way for us to Go ahead for his cause. God is the only one who deserves our praises and thanks of our hearts. God has given us a blessed team –which is doing a discipleship study now. It has been such a blessing for us to learn in team, be changed ourselves and to influence our world with God’s Love and biblical perspective! Now we have regular 6 and irregular 6 members in our team. On the backside we have several prayer members in Norway and outside of Norway constantly praying for us. We once in a week have a lesion from Bible and try to find the ways out to implement in our practical life personally and together in a team for another 7 days until we meet again! We had a day outreach to the old people at Randesund Old peoples’ home on 10th of July. Meeting Lonely Old people became a blessing for us in a way that inspired us to go out to reach the unreached with the gospel of peace, love and joy! We have got new inspirations and dreams out of it! A heartily thanks to Our Almighty Father, God the son and the Holyspirit for loving and guiding us!

Prayers to remember! Please remember the following things in your prayer time!
  • We are translating our first discipleship course into Norwegian language, for that reason, our some team members are helping and we need more translators!
  • We are going to start new session from coming August so we are planning to create several possible groups including all interested and different labeled people.  Also we need more group facilitator, we have been thinking to train them when the right time comes!
  •  We are in need of direct and indirect volunteers who will support us in our practical and technical issues!

The abundant life study group 1 has been started from the 2nd week of August. Our future leaders have been being involved effectively. During this month This group study will be accomplished and new groups studies are supposed to come, the plans are on the way! Every one is welcome to the first course of the study series. We are working to produce it in Norwegian language too. Hope that  it will come into action soon. All who are interested have 2 options to choose the language, i.e, Norsk or English. Let's give a big hand for this handy spiritual movement in Norway!

“All creation groans with pain ….” (Romans 8:22 GNT)

Nothing works perfectly, because sin has damaged everything. We only need to look at the physical world around us to see this. Natural disasters and deformities are everywhere. We live on a broken planet; it’s not perfect anymore.

Before sin entered the world, there were no earthquakes, tidal waves, hurricanes, blizzards or extreme weather phenomena. The environment was in perfect balance. But when Adam and Eve sinned, “creation was condemned to lose its purpose …” (Romans 8:20 GNT). Or as the Contemporary English Version says, “Creation is confused … .” There is confusion all around us in the environment, in animals, and in human beings.

And we see the effects of original sin in another way — physical decay and death. Because death entered the world with sin, everything is decaying and will ultimately die. Solomon, the wisest man in the world, summed it up this way: ‘No one can control the wind or stop his own death” (Ecclesiastes 8:8 NCV).
God never intended for animals and humans to have defects and deformities, breakdowns in DNA. Yet we all experience genetic issues to one degree or another. Nobody’s body works perfectly.
But that doesn’t stop us from trying! People go to great lengths to postpone the decay with creams, lotions, Botox, surgery — you name it. No matter what we try, “our physical body is becoming older and weaker …” (2 Corinthians 4:16 NCV). It’s inevitable. It’s even a scientific law. The second law of thermodynamics says that everything is in a state of decay or decline.
Now I know this is not the most uplifting message you could read. No one needs to remind you about aging and decay. But there is hope. We can thank God, because he will not leave us in this imperfect world forever.

While we deal with sadness, sorrow, suffering, difficulties, dead ends, and discouragement, keep this in mind: God is preparing a better place for us. He wants us to live forever with him in a perfect heaven where there will be no more sorrow or tears.
The Bible tells us, “Our earthly bodies which die and decay are different from the bodies we shall have when we come back to life again, for they will never die. The bodies we have now embarrass us for they become sick and die; but they will be full of glory when we come back to life again. Yes, they are weak, dying bodies now, but when we live again they will be full of strength” (1 Corinthians 15:42-43 LB).And that’s good news!
